Great for Acne Prone Skin

This product was recommended to me by my derm 2 years ago. My face was a disaster! I would like to say that this product was an instant hit however, I cannot.
My derm def did not mention that this cleanser did not remove makeup. So here I was washing my face after work and sure enough I would end up spending half my facial regime cleaning off a days worth of makeup with toner! I even changed my toner thinking that it was the problem.
Finally, I ended using a make up cleansing cloth before using the cleanser and found that it was effective. Extremly effective at that!
Moral of the story being that this cleanser is useless unless you remove your makeup with a makeup removal cloth or facial scrub.
It took me a while to figure that one out. I figured asumed that a cleanser automatically would do such but I was wrong.
Now that I know such and am using it appropiately, I will highly recommend this product. I love how gentle yet effective it is. I keep one at my sink and one in my shower.
If you have oily acne prone skine. This cleanser will def help!

The Only Cleanser I Will Ever Use

I have dry, sensitive skin with mild rosacea. I searched for the perfect cleanser for years before I found my Neostrata. I've been using it for the past six years and I refuse to use anything else on my face. It's gentle, it doesn't suck all the moisture out of my skin and it keeps my rosacea calm. If you have rosacea you know how important that is. It keeps my skin clear and happy. My only complaint is the price. It's a little high, but totally worth it.

This was recommended to me by my dermatologist for my acne prone/sensitive skin during and after accutane treatment. The sensitive skin products I used previously didn't give me a deep clean feel and usually left a residue on my skin that aggrevated my acne. Acne cleansers are always too harsh and drying. This is very gentle yet cleansing. On the downside, this is a pretty pricey item. Still, I'm willing to pay for it since I have yet to find anything even close, and the bottle lasts me about 3-4 months.

I've been using this cleanser for many years on the advice of my dermatologist. It's easy to use, non-drying and gently and effectively exfoliates dead skin cells without causing any kind of reaction to my skin. I get plenty of compliments on my skin and I'm 59 years old! I recommend this cleanser to everyone.
