Great sunscreen find!

I have been using this sunscreen for about three weeks. I walk daily in the morning and work in my garden. I have sensitive skin and most sunscreens make my skin sting. So far this product has been great. I use it on my face and body. It does not sting my face and it does melt in, so I do not end up looking like a ghost. It does work. I have not noticed any tanning and definitely no burning.
This is a product I will purchase again.

La Roche Posay Anthelios 60 Melt In Sunscreen Milk Review #2
We just spent a week & a half visiting my mother in Scottsdale, AZ. The sun there seems stronger than our usual Southern CA sun, so I INSIST that all family members wear liquid (not spray or powder) HIGH SPF products. We spend entire days outside swimming, golfing, etc. My husband & teenage sons used this without complaints, or acne, and all of us had only hints of breakthrough tanning. I used it on my 3 year old daughter one day as well, and she was fine. I don't mind this "milk" on my face, too much. The "milk" version doesn't cake up and flake off the way the "fluid" version does. It's incompatible with all of my foundations, and it makes a mess of powder, but a mattifier layered between this and my makeup helped quite a lot. This "milk" is definitely the best very high SPF for face and body, because it does absorb into skin, and it's not sticky or tacky. It peels a little after several hours, and a couple of reapplications, but it's as comfortable as a sunscreen liquid can get. The water resistance of this formula is excellent, and I choose it for swimming/outdoor activities before any other sunscreen.

This is literally the best sunscreen ever and I have tried just about all of them. This product (while a bit pricey) goes on very smoothly, absorbs so quickly you forget where you even put it, and is lightweight. I use it every single day and even put it on my 19 month old son. If you have ever had children, you probably know how little they like being slathered with sunscreen. This is the only one he does not complain about because it sinks in so quickly and is not greasy afterwards. I should buy stock in Anthelios because I don't think anyone could be a bigger fan.

Easy to apply. You won't need a spackle knife to put this one on. It absorbs fairly quickly and wears well throughout the day. It is moisturizing without leaving an overly oily appearance and doesn't feel heavy on the skin. it does have a somewhat chalky white overtone initially that disappears as it settles in with the temperature of the skin. This could also be due to the fact that I slather it on and may be using too much. I use it around my eyes on the orbital bone as well and have had no irritation there or anywhere else. It is a great moisturizing sunscreen in the winter for dry skin that chaps easily by cold temperatures and wind. I like the feel of the product on my skin and the fragrance is pleasant and not overpowering. I don't know how well it holds up to sweating conditions as yet but thus far, I'm pleased with the product. and as far as sunscreens go, it's one of my favorites.

great, if you don't swim or wear white

Overall, I did like the smooth silky sheen and texture of this product. It is easier to apply than my "go to" neutrogena age shield. It is a bit shiny, so I would not use it on my face.
However, It is not water resistant at all. I used this for a week at Lake Michigan beach-applied in the morning and let dry for 15 minutes before dressing. Spent about 3 hours on the beach daily swimming and walking. Actually had some redness, and way to much tan to trust product in the water again. My husband and sun used a 30 SPF cheapo product and got not burn/tan at all, so I did have something to compare to. Also, stained the necklines and white lining of my bathing suit yellow.
Reccomended for around town or at a sunny event. Just don't wear white and stay dry!

Great value for the face

I use this only on my face as a daily moisturizer, which actually makes it a great value for a high-quality product. The large tube will last a very long time. It is very smooth and non-greasy. It doesn't irritate my skin or clog pores. I give it a few minutes to soak in before applying makeup. W/O makeup skin is a bit shiny.
