I started to notice a difference in my skin about 2 weeks into taking the vitamins. It became more luminous and radiant. I also feel like my skin absorbs my daily lotions better. I take 2 pills every morning before breakfast and love the results I've gotten. I've been taking them for over 4 years now and really notice a difference once I stop.
