I have been drinking this pep powder for over a week now in the am on an empty stomach as directed. It gives me so much energy!! This is perfect because I go to the gym early in the am on an empty stomach too so using this powder seems to get me thru my workouts with a little jolt!! It doesn't have a bad taste either, kinda plain taste. I heart it!! If you love PMD products like me you should join us on his FB fan page. It gives lots of advice on new products & great recipes for skin clearing meals!! I heart Dr Perricone & his products rock!!
