worst experience ever with a sunblock

I applied this over my arms and neck and 1 hour later, i was covered in a horrible red and itchy rash. Tiny red bumps all over. I've used sunblock before, but there seems to be something in this brand that is making me breakout. I don't have sensitive skin so i'm not sure what the problem is. Wish I never bought this product. now I know better.

is perfect for my greasy skin. Absorbs quickly and it gives a sheer/matte finish, its clear and I can apply my makeup whitout problems, and the cheap price is a plus.
