I have very fine, thin and brittle hair. I've been alternating between the FF Protein shampoo & conditioner, protein mask and FF Ageless shampoo & conditioner. It was a large financial investment, but my hair is softer, healthier, shinier and more beautiful than it's ever been. I wish I had tried this years ago.
