I am elated that I purchased the Dermelect Spot Treatment. I was looking for something that is hydroquinone free because of the bad press it's recently received. This is the only product that I found that has 4 key ingredients- most of the ones I researched has only 1 or 2. I have used it as directed for the past month and am already seeing an overall even skin tone and less discoloration (due to this summer's sun damage). I called Dermelect to see if I can use it on my hands for age spots- they told me that it's formulated for the face only. They are coming out with a product for the hands- can't wait! This product does what it says- it's fantastic!

Extremely Disappointing

I spent $50.00 and did not notice one bit of difference in the fading of age spots on top of hands. Used it twice a day without fail only to see absolutely no difference with use of full jar!
