Boy, I read 25 of the 70-something ratings on this and all I can add is "ditto". I also received it as a sample from SkinStore. I did the MD Formulations 2 step skin peel (also a sample) and followed it up with this product. It feels amazing and smells WONDERFUL. I'm ordering it as I type. Thanks Skin Store!

I have very sensitive skin. Also have eczema and acne. I am currently on retin-A which makes my skin very dry and flaky but not anymore thanks to atopalm. This product has enabled me to put retin-A every other day w/o making it red and dry. I lOVE THIS product!!!

No doubt about it, this is a great moisturizing cream. Every morning I use Relastin Revitalizer to firm and tighten, then used to curse it because it doesn't moisturize. Now I wait a few minutes then apply Atopalm MLE cream, and smile all day long. Any chance these two companies could merge and save me one step in the morning?

“This is FANTASTIC if you have rosacea”

I have been using this product about 2 months, and I cannot say enough great things about it. I tried it because of all the raves on this site, and replaced my current La Roche Posay Moisturizing Fluid with it because the La Roche was good but not moisturizing me enough. The ATOPALM is a very thick cream - after using it 2 weeks, you will notice a significant difference in your skin, particularly its sensitivity. I have flushing rosacea, which leaves me very tight, dry and red. The ATOPALM eliminated the dryness and tightness within about a week. By week 2 my skin was very supple. I wash my skin once a day (mornings) with La Roche Posay cleansing milk, then follow with the ATOPALM. Works like a charm. You will get to the point where you don't need as much cream to moisturize. This was the first product I have used in years that can moisturize me in winter properly without causing a breakout from clogged pores. I have also noticed the swelling in my face seems to have decreased slightly. I still get red from my skin triggers like too much sugar, but it is less bad than previous and at least now the skin is soft enough to put on makeup and coverups to hide it. I took a very hot bath last night (major rosacea no no) and my face just got slightly dry - a little ATOPALM did the trick. The only downside is the slightly medicinal scent - this is why I gave it 4.5 stars instead of 5. The scent fades once the lotion dries. EXCELLENT product - worth a try for a couple of weeks if you have really sensitive skin.

I just wanted to say that I had tried everything before using this product, and it is the only thing that works!!! I get slight seborrheic dermatitis on my nose and eyebrows, and this product works wonderfully. It doesn't even require very much and doesn't have sulfur, which bothers my allergies terribly. Even prescription products failed to do what this does. Amazing!!!

I have oily skin so find it difficult to find a cream that doesn't make me feel sticky and shiny faced! Receiving a small sample of this cream when I ordered with SkinStore one time has changed my life! Even in extremes of heat and cold, dry and wet, it does a brilliant job - rich enough to provide all the moisture I need without making me feel greasy or sticky ... wonderful stuff!

I absolutely love this cream. It takes care of any rashes or reactions my skin has, I use it on my children as well. I use it on my face, and all over. I use it under other skin creams, or alone. It has never disappointed and I recommend it to everyone! It is a wonder.

I got the entire Atopalm kit for sensitive skin and found that I preferred the Face Cream over the regular Cream. My face has some very resistant dry patches/eczema, especially around the eyebrows, and the Face Cream is just a bit heavier than the Cream so it provides fuller saturation. This stuff is very good--expensive, but worth it for me. My face just sucks it up and it is amazing how well it works. I would get the kit first to find out if you can just use the Cream since it is cheaper in the long run.

The facial version of this product was recommended for my skin type by the Skin Type Solutions book. I prefer this cream to the facial lotion for my extra dry facial skin. It has cleared up my Rosacea and Dermatitis, even when prescriptions couldn't. It never, ever stings my sensitive skin, even if I'm sunburned or have other irritation. I love it!
