It's not as good as i expected!!! It dries out my skin after i put it on my face few hours later. Don't last long for a day!!! I love Philosophy, but not this one. will not buy this again!!!!

If you prefer powder foundation, I wouldn't recommend this product though it's not oily as I thought. It doesn't spread on your face good, so you end up using a lot. Smells funky for me too.

I was really excited to try this product. As I applied it to my face, i noticed a smell. this product smells like sunscreen. If you can get past the smell, it is fine.

I have tried pricy and cheap sun blocks--this is the first one that hasn't caused my skin to breakout and feel greasy--but it is moist, not dry.

I love Shelter in the untinted version and hoped that for summer this would replace foundation. Sadly for me I had a reaction to the iron oxides - they are the only different bits to Shelter. Sorry, will have to stick to the wonderful untinted version!

Good for a sheer foundation

This is a good product, and works for me even with my oily skin and wacky colouration. I put it on, put the rest of my makeup on, and then put on Everyday Minerals' Finishing Dust powder. Gives me a nice finished look without looking like HEY EVERYONE, I'M WEARING MAKEUP!
