it really works! it plumps your lips with just a little tingling, and my lips look fuller than they did before! plus it smells like frosting, and its a good all around gloss!

I'm sorry to say that the advanced formula is now no better than all the other "sticky" products on the market. I would not recommend purchasing the "advanced" line of City Lips. The original formula had me sold on the product except for the applicator. The original was not sticky and went on very smoothly. If you want a "sticky" version of a lip pout, go to the grocery store and buy any normal cheap brand - your lips will stick together just as easily and you'll have more money in your pocketbook.
