My fine limp 54 yr. old colored blonde (used to be natural blonde) hair is transformed when I use this, I hold my head upside down and dry with diffuser until about half dry then flip head back up and finish drying with diffuser. I have not found any other brand that works as well as this one. It lasts several months even with daily use. I also use the volumizing shampoo, but the conditioner is too heavy.
