This made my husband's face raw and irritated. He could not get a close, smooth and comfortable shave. He wouldn't use it even if it was free.

There are dozens of better shaving products than this. If you want a non-lathering product that is 5x as good as this and cheaper, go with Brave Soldier Brave Shave.

Maybe good for full beards but not so for light stubble. Not easy to spread across face due to texture. Much better shave is the Menscience Shave Cream

“I'm not the type of guy who uses expensive stuff”

I discovered Amenity products in one of those men's magazines I typically only read when I am stuck in an airport. I've had chronic problems with ingrown hairs along my jawline and neck for years now. My skin is quite sensitive and the ingrown hairs have tended to result in acne. Now with the shaving creme, I find the outbreaks are 90% fewer. And, now, when I get an acne outbreak, whether due to an ingrown hair or not, I also apply the anti-acne gel creme which, over the course of 2 days, really attacks the infection by reducing the redness, inflammation and discomfort. The unique drying action stops the natural progression of the acne blemish dead in its tracks!

“Simply the Best”

I have a tough beard and found the amenity product to be BY FAR the best one. I've found that shaving nicks are mostly due to the razor, not the shave cream. This shave cream made my beard hairs soft enough to allow for easy removal with my razor. You should definitely give this one a shot.

“Great, but very different”

It took a shave to get used to this unique product. This stuff sticks to your face and provides the best lubricant for the razor. I have used a brush for years, but this is the first shaving product that has taken me away from it. There is no doubt I will continue to use and love it!

“Different but Great”

I've been looking for a shave cream for sensitive skin and I've found it. This product's pros definitely out weigh it's cons. Pros: closest shave ever, no cuts, only slight redness, and razor bumps that are reducing gradually. Cons: it's consistency makes it hard to see where you've shaved, so you have to use a lot. This is a unique product and it's really improved my skin.

I bought this on the other reviews. Don't believe them! This shaving cream will leave you with many nicks. Also, if you do not you a pre-shave oil you will have an even worse shave.
