I have had my Clarisonic for over a year now. I absolutely love it and have never had such clear skin. The replaceable brushes are considering after about 6 months of use they get a little dull. The only downside is the $25.00 replacement fee, but it is completely worth it to have bright healthy skin!

The brush feels very soft to my skin. Personally I don't see a big difference between the normal and sensitive brushes. They both feel so soft. It doesn't scub...so if your hoping for that rough carwash feel, the clarisonic doesn't do that. It's like when you go to a dermatology office for something and your face gets cleansed with the softest touch...
