For the price I expected far more dramatic results. Of course it's difficult to judge a product that has a preventive purpose, but my skin looked the same as when I was not using it and given its price tag, I probably won't be buying another bottle.

“Worst Facial Product I've Every Tried”-September 17, 2009
I have used SkinCeutical Products for a very long time. My Anestician uses these products and I have grown to trust and rely on this brand. However, this is without a doubt the worst product I have ever purchased. Do not be lured into a purchase by a magazine recommendation. Talk to a professional or someone you know personally before making a purchase like this.

“This product is a MUST for aging skin!”-September 13, 2009
This product is a great anti-oxidant. I have been using it faithfully for years and find it is essential to maintaining the tone and quality of my skin. It is not a skin cream however, and I believe it should be supplemented with one.
It can also be irritating to sensitive skin, as it contains vitamin c and that is somewhat acidic. However, that said, this is the antioxidant that will keep your skin supple and prevent the formation all manner of signs of visible sun damage in aging skin. I highly recommend it, not as "magic" but as a part of sensible and successful formula to retain a youthful complexion.
Not sure this is worth the money.. I didn't notice a change in my skin except it turned my neck yellow. I like this better than the Phlorentin CF, as it is more moisturizing and not an exfoliator like the Phlorentin CF. My only reason for maybe buying this again, is that it is supposed to help "prevent" sun damage, otherwise, it didn't help heal existing sundamage or reduce wrinkles or any of the claims. I wish it did!

“I Love The Results!”-July 24, 2009
I love this product because of the results I am getting. In just 2 weeks my face looks smoother and younger. The only thing I don't like is for the first 2 hours my face seems shiny and it is uncomfortable if you need to go out. But the results are amazing.

“The magic elixir”-July 12, 2009
I am not one to write reviews, but I feel an obligation to state how amazing this stuff is. I felt a difference on my skin the first time I used it: improved tightness, clarity and tone. My skin literally glows. The smell is not wonderful, but not as bad as some other reviewers have claimed, as you get used to it and it sinks in pretty quickly. A little pricey, but well worth it!!!

“Can't be without this stuff!”-July 2, 2009
First off, I love that the company explains in detail how the serum works. It's helping to prevent & correct photodamage, which is the primary cause of aging. But really I keep buying it because my skin looks 100 times better when I use it. It's the one product that I don't ever switch out in my routine. You absolutely get what you pay for.

“Not sure about this product”-June 23, 2009
I got this about one month ago and used it for a couple weeks but stopped because it just doesn't feel good on. It is really greasy, sticky and doesn't absorb. I started using it again because it cost so much and I don't want to waste my money.. haven't noticed any difference yet... can't wait till its all gone!

When I ordered this product I had buyers remorse. Check the price and you'll know what I mean! But, a week into use and my skin looks smoother and more even. I don't want to risk being without it. And, this is coming from someone who has used Chantecaille, Revive, La Mer, La Prarie, as well as having had Fraxel laser treatments. I'm 31 and have been a tanning bed junkie since I was 16. Now I wish I would have listened to my mother and never stepped foot in one. My skin had become damaged, but with my newly acquired skin care regimen, my skin has been greatly improved. I've been using this product in the morning followed by SkinCeauticals 45 Sport Spf. At night I use MD Forte Skin Cream III, and always put on Neostrata's very affordable yet effective eye cream. I wash my face with MD Forte's hydrating cleanser using the Clarisonic. This combination has gotten rid of melasma from my pregnancy, sun damage, and large pores. None of this was done with those overpriced skin care lines from Neiman Marcus. I'm thrilled! Now, I just have to become an SPF junkie and I should be fine (finally, after years of trial and error--$$$$).

“Worth every cent!”-March 4, 2009
This is the one product that I use that I can truly tell a difference in my skin. Last time I ran out I didn't have it for a few days and could see that my skin did not look as healthy and my wrinkles were more noticable. Really a great product!
Here is the story with the red bumps everyone complains about: I get a facial once per month at a derm's office. A day or two before the facial, I get the red bumps on my forehead from this product too. That is the only time I get it. I think you get the bumps when your skin needs exfoliation or is otherwise unclean, not pure, etc. After my facial, no bumps. Bumps aside, this product protects from the sun so well that my melasma is just about gone! After so many products, this one is the one that works. Skin is smoother, softer, more even and beautiful!

I think it gives off a strange smell especially if you put it on and work out the same day. I didn't see results like others but I do have more sensitive skin than others. I started using another serum my facialist gave me and love it!

“Did not work for me”-July 2, 2008
I bought this product because I had read so many favorable reviews from dermatologists and believed the science was there. Unfortunately the results were not there for me. Additionally, the product does not feel good on my skin - it is sticky,smells bad, doesn't wear well under make up and does not seam to improve the effectiveness of my sun screen. I used it for over five weeks and only saw irritation. I guess this product is not for everyone, I will not repurchase. I thought I may be allergic but I don't have any problem with other Vitamin C products such as La Roche Posay Active C (great product). The products that do work great on my skin type include the Peter Thomas Roth unwrinkle eye, and the skinmedica TNS repair.

“Don't buy this if your skin is at all sensitive!!”-June 30, 2008
I bought this from my dermatologist to help repair fine lines. The before and after pics are amazing for this product. By the third application, it was burning my skin terribly, and I got a rosacea-like rash all over my face. I stopped using it and tried again after 2 weeks, but the same extreme irritation occured when I tried it again. If you have hyper-pigmentation like me, try the phyto+. It really fades brown spots, and also seems to plump up the skin on my face, but does not irritate at all!!

“Great for Brown Spots”-June 26, 2008
I've been a sun worshipper for too many years and was left with many brown spots on my face because of it. CE Ferulic totally got rid of these! It's amazing. I still love the sun (unfortunately!) and CE has prevented the formation of new discolorations. I won't be without CE!

“No difference at all”-June 25, 2008
Don't understand what the hypes are about. I bought it along with B5, Phyto+, cleanser, toner and sunlotion. Yes, the whole shebang. And after two months of religious applying the products, I can honestly I notice no difference whatsoever. I had high hopes after reading the raving reviews. It's so disappointing...
