I don't know if I got a dried up product or this is how this product really works. Since I ordered medium color you should actually see some color. Not only is there very little color, but it seems like nothing comes out. I shake the container to try to get something to come out and little or nothing. Feel like I just wasted my money on nothing, because nothing is what comes out of this product.

I barely noticed this while I was applying it, but when I backed up and looked at my brows, the difference was amazing. It is so natural and subtle, but makes a big difference. Even my husband noticed immediately and thought I had professional work done to my brows. The color lasts and does not run or smudge. Only downside is that it is expensive for such a tiny amount of product.
