I LOVE the hypoallergenic nourishing moisturizer, but this cleanser is terrible for dry skin. Like the other reviewer who didn't like this product, I agree that it ages the skin and made my skin texture rough and bumpy. I gave it to a friend with oily skin.
My teenage daughter and and I have very sensitive skin (eczema-prone for her and allergy-reactive plus dryness for me), but we both like our cleansers to remove all traces of makeup to get that extra clean feeling. In the past, we had to trade off one for the other. This cleanser addresses both and leave your skin soft as well. The added bonus is you don't need too much product to clean your face. This cleanser is not perfumy like the Perricone Nutritive cleanser, which is a major plus for fragrance-sensitive individuals.
I love Dr. Perricone's products for the most part, although most are over-priced, however for a lightweight and Olive Oil based cleanser, this was terrible. Very drying to the face, made my skin look older, AND I do not like gels in a cleanser, need cream based cleansers which is why I hate all his cleansers.
