Loved this product, but getting it out of the bottle was a pain. Had to call customer service, who told me to bang the bottle against something hard! It worked but have to do this almost everyday! I initially thought the product have tried up. Not really sure it's worth the price. On the fence whether to re-purchase.

I always buy the serum for my mother and she loves it! Recently, I wanna try the product but am afraid of allergy. This box resolves the dilemma. I could give the serum to my mom and use the small volume ones myself.
