The container was either empty or designed to deceive the user. After following the directions of twisting the top a couple of times a few liquid bubbles appeared which I applied. After that one use, there was no more product to be applied.
I prefer Latisse because you can actually see the product.

Have been using for 1 mos.+, and my lashes are longer& look fuller. Thoroughly impressive for middle-aged woman with thinning /fine lashes. Now a little mascara goes a long way.
Con: The applicator takes a bit of turning to get it going, and too much can come out (as clearly noted on instructions). ... and get in eyes (ow!).
