No works for puffiness

I have hereditary puffiness and I wish this reduce my bags but it doesn't work at all for me. The cream is heavy and kind of oily.

This eye cream is so lightweight and easy to apply. I use it daily under my makeup to moisturize the delicate eye area. It absorbs quickly so I can put my makeup over it!
