Grest drink for energy, help curb appetite
(a little.) Taste acceptable.
Considering there is nothing available that works magic....this is quite nice.
Works best when you need a boost energy wise and to fight off that mid-day snack attack.
Works better than any other drink I've tried--in this category!!!

Too expensive. Zero result in 1 week (2 sticks pro day).
The sticks taste good but don't blend easily into water.
Zero fat, weight or size reduction ! Won't buy again !

A great way to start a new way of life

I took the shake and tea for 2 weeks and I lost 4lbs. It was really nourishing and it was a easy way to start my spring training.
