My hair is short, thick and I color it. I purchased this expensive product because I read the product details. I am looking for a product that is gentle, softens, and repairs while maintaining frizz. After the first use, I was horrified. I could not get my brush in my hair to even comb it. I had BIG hair that was not smooth, it felt horrible, and smelled horrible. It took ALOT of effort just to blow dry peice by peice. It took me an extra 20 minutes and LOTS of flat ironing to get my hair half way decent to go to work and my hair is short to my neck!! Let me say though in fairness - The Serum is awesome! I use this when my hair is towel dried as well as when it is dry for a little more smooth look. Do not use the shampoo and conditioner if you have thick hair. This should say for thin hair users only!
