Why did the company change StriVectin SD??
”
-February 26, 2013
I have used StriVectin for years with great results. Long before purchasing it from SkinStore. Why does a company think they have to "change" a good product? I left Estee Lauder because of their overwhelming fragrance in EVERY product. After developing ACUTE asthma I descoveredStriVectin. It had an odor, but not offensive and it evaporated quickly. Now the company has added a fragrance that is more overpowering than any Estee Lauder product. And even in the eye cream! WHO puts fragrance in an eye cream?? That is the last thing a woman needs around her eyes even if she has no allergies. I am so disappointed. Now I do not know where to turn for my makeup or face creams & find the same effective results for wrinkles and lines. Bad move StriVectin.
I have never wrote a review before, but since I tend to count on everyone elses reviews. I thought I should put my two cents in on the products that I have tried. So far I have been using the Strivectin Sensitive for one week. And I can already notice a difference in my skin. My fine lines and wrinkles have greatly diminished and my skin seems brighter. There is no smell to it and it absorbs nicely. I use it am and pm under my moisturizer. I will continue to use and probably buy again.

Be cautious with this formula
”
-May 17, 2011
I have used strivectin for almost a year. I got a free sample of the sensitive skin formula in the mail. I went away for the weekend and took the smaller sensitive skin formula tube with me. Within 2 days I had hundreds of small bumps all over my face! Who would think the sensitive formula would do that. Be careful if you are just starting to use it. Start in a small spot. After the rash goes away I will go back to the regular formula. Hopefully it will go away soon!

I had a bit of a reaction on my face. skin is tight and irritated and the skin on my neck is red and splotchy. i would not recommend this at all even though it says paraben, fragrance free it's not for me. be cautious
I've never used StriVectin products before, though I have been curious, I never thought I would actually try them- that is until this came out. I have acneic skin, combo, reactive, scarred and uneven textured- you name it. My skin is so sensitive towards many exfoliating ingredients in general. I did not expect much from this product- however in a space of one night it totally soothed my skin, dramatically calmed down my major acne flare up and did not clog my pores- and I woke up with fresh velvety smooth skin (no grease whatsoever!). I can't say much about it helping with the texture of my skin, but I can imagine over time this can only improve my skin.

I was never a StriVectin fan until this product came out. With all of the new cutting edge ingredients including niacin, peptides, stem cells, and antioxidants, I had to give it a try. The sensitive skin formula still packs a punch like the original, yet doesn't contain oil or artificial fragrance. It still smells wonderful because of the natural extracts in it. It absorbs really well and leaves my combination skin soft and hydrated. It's really an all in one product. It does it all.
