I have used this product daily for about 2 weeks and see no change at all. I won't be buying again. I was more impressed with the new Neutrogena lip enhancer-my lips looked fuller for a lot less money!

Does what it says!

This makes my lips very, very soft and smooth. The plumping effect is instant, and over time, my lips just got fuller amd fuller -- and the softnesss, smoothness, amd moist feeling stayed. It's been just over six weeks. I am so pleased. I have also started using it around my eyes, with wonderful results as far as tightening of the skin.
