I do have a break out, blemish free skin. The use of these supplements is helping me. I do feel a difference but i'm yet to see a major difference (i hope i see, as my first pack is not yet over). I also like this product because it is 100% natural compared to the supplements that doctors give us which tend to have side effects. I wish i had known of this product earlier.
