Truly love her products but new packaging is a necessity. This is a lot of money to pay for the pump to quit working. I was told by a Skin Store person to bang the bottle up side down. It was the new air pump technology. I just want to use it, not beat it up to get started. The Skin Store generously allowed me to return the Day and Nite creams as that was the hardest to pump.
