Left a white residue. Pump defective, squirts out everywhere. Believe the bottle was not full, but hard to tell as it is white like the product, Noticed no difference.

Badly designed pump dispenser

I am on my 3rd or 4th bottle of this and I generally like it. However, this company has changed its pump mechanism and you cannot dispense less than a dime-sized portion - enough to cover your whole face! That is an expensive waste and one has to wonder if it is somewhat deliberate :-(

though i found this product better than the cheaper brands, be careful not to use too much....it can make lines worse. i use this over the freeze 24 cream....a pricey way to get rid of lines (temporarily) but cheaper than botox.

I liked the product but half of it spit out all over the room each time I pressed the spray. Really annoyed me, I tried clearing, poor design! I won't buy it again no matter how much I like the lotion.

I normally do not take the time to do product reviews. I am 33 and my eyes suffer from fine lines, puffiness and undereye circles. For months this product line has been getting lots of press so I finally purchased. This product worked so well I felt like I needed to share the news. Although you must be careful not too apply too much , this serum almost instantly smoothed lines and puffiness around my eyes. I have tried other brands and so far this one has produced the best results. I knew I saw results but when my husband asked me what was "different" the day I fisrt tried it-I was thrilled. The serum is expensive but it only takes a small amout (pea-sized per instructions.) It can also be used on other parts of the face--it smoothed out the lines of my upper lip as well. I am now going to try the 24/7 original cream. The only down side is the cream is a temporary fix but so are many fillers and Botox. I use it in the mornings and it lasts all day.

I do plenty of research on all beauty products, and am willing to pay $$$ if it works, but THIS DID NOT, it did literally nothing, except shoot excess product all over because of the poor pump design, no wrinkle reduction, NO dark circle improvement. don't believe the hype on this one

When I put this product on, it felt like I had ice packs on my eyes. Unfortunately I think it made my dark circles more noticeable, although I think it did improve the appearance of lines around my eyes.

I wanted to like this product, but I really didn't. I thought it felt awful, as if someone had smeared glue around my eyes. I suppose I should have expected that, but in addition, it didn't seem to do much for my crows' feet. Maybe it was my imagination, but they seemed to stick out more in my "frozen" skin. This clearly works for others, but not for me.

After three days I noticed a difference. My skin felt firmer and looked brighter. The fine lines I had are almost gone. It also goes on the skin very nicely without feeling sticky or too heavy.

Finally - a product that works

The only reason I gave it 4 1/2 smiles instead of 5 is the price. While this doesn't give total perfection, it really does lighten the dark circles and smooth out the under eye (and lid) area. I tried EVERYTHING and this is the first product that actually makes a visible difference. I have hereditary dark circles and am in my mid-50's and I am very pleased with this product.
