I purchased this product as either a substitute for the Argan Oil that I use on my hair or to control my T-Zone.
I find that this product is excellent for the skin; it's a little too heavy for my hair. I use it on my face (night and day) with my products as well as with my body lotion. In both cases, a little goes a long way! My face and skin have seen great results in the two weeks that I've been using this product.
I have a T-Zone and find that it actually helps with my oily skin during the day.
I would highly recommend this product.

Great oil for hair

I use this on my hair everyday and it is never heavy or leaves my hair oily. The oil penetrates quickly and leaves your hair smooth, shiny and feeling replenished/hydrated. The only negative is that my bottle leaks. I will usually find an oil ring on my countertop or when I pick up the bottle there is the feel of the remnants of oil that leaked down the sides of the bottle.

Like another reviewer I started with Josie Maran argan oil, but found it to be way too pricey. The argan oil from Melvita seems to be less processed - it has a slight smell which dissipates very quickly. It still soaks right into the skin making it velvety soft. On a side note, I much prefer pump to a dropper, so this is a bonus too. Overall fabulous product & fabulous price. Hope you never discontinue this product!

I found Melvita brand Argan Oil when I was look for a better price point than the Josie Maran brand argan oil that I was using. I just wanted to rave about how terrific this oil is for skin. It has helped my acne scars fade after just a few months of use, actually helps to keep my acne at bay and softens my skin. If I run out of this my skin misses it! I start to break out and look even more dull. I have sensitive skin and this is an excellent remedy for everything from acne to aging. There are even studies done that said when you apply argan oil to oily skin at night it helps to decrease excess oil and sebum production. It has twice the vitamin E of olive oil too and helps women in Morroco. And its organic!! This is the one beauty product that I absolutely can't live without. If your thinking about trying it, it is silky, not greasy even though its an oil and it really is awesome.

terrific for dry curly hair

I mix this with styling cream before blow drying my long, dry, curly hair, and this oil is fantastic! It helps a lot with frizz reduction and my hair is so soft and much less dry feeling. Be careful, though - one pump mixed with styling cream is plenty for longish hair, otherwise too much can weigh your hair down and make it look greasy!
