“Excellent buy!!”

I live in Asia at the moment, and had to trouble my relative to bring it back for me as this item cannot be shipped out of the US. But this product is worth the wait! I have cystic and adult acne for 20 years, and I have tried many many AHA, retinol, glycolic and fruit enzyme over-the-counter or Dr's products. Ususally, I can't use all the exfloliating products as they are too harsh for my super sensitive and oily skin. But this wonderful cleanser does it for me! It didn't make me sensitized and it unclogs my pores within a week. I can feel the dead skin cells rubbing off my skin when I apply my foundation within 3-4 days. Initially, it did bring out some of the white and black heads to the surface, but all these cleared up amazingly within the next 3 days. You just gotta follow its instructions and be patient. It is by far the best cleanser I have ever used. If you clean your make-up and oil off with the non-glycolic cleanser and use this, you will love the results.

“Excellent Cleanser”

I have been using Jan Marini for many years (well over 7), and I have been very pleased with it. I get many compliments on my oily skin, which is prone to large pores and blemishes. When I fail to use it (because it doens't travel well, I have another cleanser I use when traveling), I notice the difference immediately. The only thing I'd change is the packaging, so that it has another type of dispenser other than a pump bottle. Other than that, my skin is wonderful, and the results, after a few months of use, are sustaining. I love it...!

“Saved my skin”

I have always had frustrating skin, breakouts, patches, and I mean painful acne. I started using this cleanser and felt my skin was getting a fresh start after the first time I used it. If only they had something organic in thier line I would say this is the best stuff out there.

I don't usually feel compelled to write reviews but this product is amazing! I have been using it for over 6 months and my skin has never looked better. It has lessened my blackheads and it clears up any skin problems instantly. I use this in conjunction with the transformation cream. You only need a pea sized amount so the products last a long time. Jan Marini products are incredible-they'll become your must have in your skin care regimen!

I'm a product junkie. This is a great cleanser, not only does it wash all my makeup off, It has really made my skin better. I have always had a flawless complexion until my mid 20's. Not sure what happened, but I've been struggling with dry patches, acne prone, scarring, pigmented skin for the last 5 years, and now wahlah!!! This stuff has really worked wonders.. and fast! I use lots of Jan Marini products now and have fallen in love with them all and they've produced rapid results. You won't be disappointed!! Buy this brand. I'm sold! Wish I'd tried it sooner.

I am 53years old and still had breakouts! My skin is much clearer with no drying. I also am using Skinceuticals CE Ferulic and Atopalm cream and have recieved comments from co workers regarding how nice my skin looks. It great to find products that really make a difference !

This product keeps my skin feeling and looking great. My skin looks like it glows and some people even ask me if I have makeup on because of it. A little bit of this product lasts a long time so you're getting a great value for this product. I'd pay more if it was required because this product is worth every penny.

After a bad bout with a "breakout" a facialist suggesting switching to this cleanser - it's simply amazing - the breakouts stopped, my face is totally smooth and clear, and the "after pimples" are healing really quickly. I can't believe I ever used anything but this!

I have hypersensitive skin with a very oily, problematic t-zone. This product did not irritate my skin at all or cause any redness or stinging. I initially thought the glycolic acid would be harsh and irritating, but this has proved to be one of the most gentle cleansers I have ever tried. It did cause some minor breakouts in the first few weeks, but my skin balanced out after that. Makes pores look tiny! I am using this in conjuction with the Bioclear Lotion. Overall, this cleanser is very effective and leaves the skin with a nice, healthy glow.

“what is all the fuss about?”

I was so looking forward to trying this cleanser; the line seems to have so much research and prestige behind it. I have very oily skin; since 13, I'm now 52. This cleanser was very dissappointing. It didn't perform like a good glycolic cleanser; i.e., MD Forte. It left my skin tight, dry. If that wasn't bad enough; it smells terrible. Also, what's with the price withholding of this line? This product is laughably mediocre and gets treated like it's a professional quality that you need a doctors clearance! P-Lease!

i have suffered from mild acne for as long as i remember. i have tried everything possible to clear my skin and nothing ever worked long term. i have been using this product for the last ten days and have noticed such a dramatic improvement in my skin that for the first time in years i went out with out wearing make up!!! if it is this good after just ten days i am looking forward to seeing the results after another few weeks of use.i would recommend this product to any one with problem skin like me.

This cleanser is absolutely wonderful for acne prone skin! I have used it for a few months and I wont use anything else now. I recently ran out and didnt have it and started to break out again almost immediately! I am 33 years old and prone to breakouts. I have combination skin. I use this in combination with the Bioclear Cream. They both work great. For only $20 it last a long time and works great. I've used Proactiv in the past and thought that worked, but it doesnt treat your skin as well as this does. I'll continue using this from now on.

“Great Cleanser for Acne Prone Skin”

I have suffered with mild acne since my teenage years and am in my mid-thirties. This is the first cleanser that really smoothed out my complexion after about 8 weeks of use. I use it in combination with the Bioclear Lotion and use the non-glycolic cleanser to remove my makeup. I was using Proactiv but noticed it stopped working after using it for a year. I switch to Jan Marini at the suggestion of an esthetician that I went to for a facial. I didn't think I would like a cleanser that is used on dry skin but it leaves your skin feeling clean and soft. It tingles a bit at first, but you know its working! I cleanse my face and let it remain on my skin for a minute or two to let the glycolic acid work on my skin. My skin broke out a little in the first week or two of use but stuck with because I figured it was working since my pores were coming unclogged. After three weeks of use, my skin cleared right up! Great product! I would definitely recommend using with the Bioclear Lotion, you will get better results than using the cleanser alone.

This is a truly great cleanser that prepares the skin for treatment, evens out skin tone, and reduces pore size. You need to follow the instructions on this site on how to use it, thats very important. Also, work your way up to using it every day, because its strong stuff. This combined with the bioclear cream and transformation cream is the best combination of products I've found for my sensitive, break out prone skin.

“keep using it works!”

I read some of the coments on this product and agree with most. I found when I started this product it did the same to my skin, it really stung and actually made me break out more so I stopped using it. I talked to the doctor that told me to use it and she said keep using it that's how this product works and boy was she right! I started it again after 1 month and noticed a big difference this time around. The stinging is gone and so are my breakouts. She told me this is not to be used as a makeup remover though and she recommended the non gylcolic cleanser for makeup removal. So I use this in the morning and the non-glycolic to take off makeup in the evening. My skin has taken a huge turn for the better!!!!!
