I discovered Hope Springs Eternal when I was visiting Denver last year. I had not been there in a long time, and I forgot just how arid the climate is there. By the time I stepped off of the plane, which is dehydrating enough, my skin felt like every drop of moisture had been sucked out of it and I had aged ten years. I stopped off at a mall that had a store that sold Philosophy, and I asked for something portable that would quickly hydrate my skin. I figured they'd give me some cream or something, but the clerk handed me the spray and told me to try it. So I did. I immediately felt like my face was a sponge and was drinking in this mist like a woman dying of thirst. Needless to say...I bought a bottle, and used it continually throughout my entire stay. Now I carry it with me to work, the gym, any time I need a quick pick-me-up and the need to add some moisture to my skin. As another poster said, if you keep the spray away from your face by about 12 inches, and lightly spritz, it doesn't mess up your makeup, dries quickly, and re-activates any moisturizer you are already wearing, even under foundation or powder. I highly recommend this amazing spray, it's made of things that your skin will love.

This product is WONDERFUL!!!! It is so fresh and after I spray it on, it feels like I have had a face lift. My husband has even started using it!!!!
I always thought that spray "waters" were a hoax, but this is not just a mineral water. It is sea water, with lots of ingredients that help skin. I don't use moisturizer regularly because it can make my skin greasy and cause breakouts. A couple of spritzes of this, and my skin feels like silk, and looks fresh and healthy. I swear this does something to my pores to make them look smaller, but it's probably that it "plumps" the skin around my pores, which makes my pores look smaller. I carry a little bottle of Hope around with me to sprtiz whenever I need a little pick me up. As long as you keep the bottle far from your face, and "mist" it, it doesn't affect makeup. It's nice for a morning wakeup, and a soothing nighttime treatment. The fragrance is nice - clean and fresh - and, fortunately, it doesn't last after the initial spritz because I don't like scents on my face. Great stuff!
