I have used just about every acne product on the market, from Biomedic and DDF to Neutrogena, and this is the FIRST product I have used that actually works. I have severe, cystic acne that is not only ugly but painful. I started using this product about four weeks ago and have not had a breakout since. It does not dry out the skin, and I only use it at night before bed. And for five bucks? By FAR the best five dollars I have EVER spent.

I have tried many products for my acne but I had an allergic reaction to many and others did absolutely nothing my friend told me about the Panoxyl soap but that didn't work and then one day I saw the gel and bought it and loved it but now for some reason I can't find it in anywhere so I order online I hope that this product never discontinues.

I am trying to get pregnant therefore I am limited in treatment options for my moderate adult acne. The only thing that has really made a remarkable difference in clearing my skin is my home treatments of salicylic acid facial peels (20%), which I do about every 10 days or so. I have tried many top rated spot treatments including Dermadoctor, Dennis Gross, Kate Somerville and a few others. For me, this has worked well as part of my skin care regimen (salicylic acid 2% during the day and prescription azelaic acid at night + mild washes, moisturizers, sunscreen, french green clay, gentle exfoliation product...am I missing anything?) to reduce the severity of breakouts and to help control breakouts. A thin layer to the affected areas, as specified in the instructions for use is all that is needed otherwise this product can prove overly drying. The price is right and I am on my third tube. As of right now, I would not want to be without this product!

I have tried numerous products that have either made my skin worse or did absolutely nothing for it. After using PanOxyl I can't go back to anything else, this is ABSOLUTELY the best product for my problem skin, which I have been dealing with for 14 years. I cannot live without this. Unfortunately it is not in any store around me so I have to order it online, but it is so worth it!

Products with BP usually work for me, but this one did not. Just because it has a higher percentage of BP, it does not mean the product will be more effective in treating acne.

I LOVE this stuff. Can NOT stand the panoxyle bar, but just absolutely ADORE this aqua gel. It's my life saver. Can't live without it. Sadly, it's not in any stores around me, so I have to order it. But it's WELL worth it. Amazing.

I bought this for my son who has acne. He has tried many different treatments. He has been on antibiotics, used prescription creams, Pro Activ etc... I thought I would try this as the price is so reasonable. It is working better than anything he has tried so far! The price is great compared to Pro Acitv and prescription treatments. Is kind of drying, so may need to use a oil free moisturizer.
