I really love the cream to powder eyeliners. They are very simple to apply, can be used light or dark, depending on your application technique, and I think they are easier to use than the Mystikohls which always seem to be too heavy and dark or don't pick up the color. The Plum Plus combination is one of the lighter ones and the palest shades work well as an eye shadow. Use the detail brush, it works great with this product.
