the papaya in this does promote a mild exfoliatation. Bio elemants are fragrance free, which is great for my sensitve skin. plus they dont test on animals. I would recomend this only once a day if you have sensitve skin due to the exfoliation. That is what worlks best for me. I use the moisture postive in the morning.
